Look! Their name suggests they sell stuff which is fresh! And it's ready to be taken away if you so desire so!
As the name suggests, Fresh To Go is a cosy little café next door to the busy Indoor Market in Ormskirk which offers good, tasty home cooking that is available at very reasonable prices.
I originally was drawn to the Extra Large 'Belly Buster' breakfast which is both deliciously greasy and incredibly filling, well worth the money. Their chips there are also very pleasant and have a great homemade flavour to them. Their other dishes are what you'd expect from a place like this, but do drop in as their specials can change on a daily basis. They also offer the usual range of hot and cold drinks as well as a modest selection of sweets and desserts including ice cream and sugary sweet cakes.
A very pleasant place to go for some breakfast, lunchtime or afternoon refreshments. -

Fresh To Go is a cute, quaint and traditional little coffee store and cafe situated by Ormskirk's main shopping precincts. With a friendly sign and large front window, natural-light just beams into this place on a sunny day, creating a really nice ambiance. It's also a great people-watching spot.
My favourite food goodies from here are admittedly, unhealthy. The ice-cream is to die for and I'm a huge fan of the chocolate cake. They do a great pot of tea and quite often have offers on their food stuffs.
One of my favourite places to go of an afternoon for a shopping break. -

Not a pleasant experience. The service was quite abrupt, food very greasy and they provided mayonnaise sachets that were almost a year out of date... not exactly as fresh as the cafe name suggests. The sauce bottles on the tables also looked like you wouldn't want to risk using them. All in all a waste of money and left us worrying if the food we did eat was still in date. Would not return or recommend.
